Airwork Aviation’s main base is located in Caboolture, just 50km north from Brisbane, and is easily accessed by a 40–50-minute drive or 1 hour train trip from the city centre. It is ideally located to a number of stunning regions including the Glasshouse Mountains, Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay.
Our second base located in Archerfield services Brisbane City, Gold Coast, Scenic Rim and the beautiful Lockyer Valley.
Scenic Helicopter Flights
Brisbane CBD

Sunshine Coast

Deception Bay

Helicopter Winery Tours

Take a private helicopter charter to visit some of Queensland’s finest wineries. Travel in air-conditioned comfort and take in the spectacular views of the D’Aguilar ranges as we visit Ocean View Estates winery. Enjoying a picnic, banquet or lunch as you sample local hand-crafted wines.
From there, it’s back to the chopper! Fly over the stunning Brisbane city skyline towards our next stop at Sirromet Wineries. Taste some of Queensland’s best wines at the cellar door and enjoy a tour of the winery before being flown back past Brisbane city.

The Vines

Once we land, it’s time to sample some of the best wines Ocean Estate has to offer, including Viognier, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Ruby Cabernet. Choose from our basic charter package, or opt for the complete wine tasting experience with our exclusive wine tasting experience at Ocean View.

Airport & Island Transfer Flights
Why drive when you can fly? Beat the traffic and skip the long highway drive with a direct transfer from your location to your destination.
We offer transfers in helicopters or aeroplanes with larger models available to accommodate multiple persons and luggage.
Trial instructional flight
Have you ever wondered what it is like to be a helicopter or aeroplane pilot? This is the flight for you!
Our Trial Instructional Flights are a great way to get hands-on experience piloting a Robinson R22 Helicopter, Bell 47 or a Cessna 172.
How does it work?
- Before you’re up in the air, one of our experienced instructors will take you through a pre-flight brief, showing you how to pilot the aircraft and the basic aerodynamic effects.
- From there, you’ll be taken to your aircraft for a pre-flight inspection to check that everything is in order.
- It’s up, up and away! You can choose between our standard or extended flights. The extended flight includes a longer flight time to explore more of our scenic training area.
Helicopter Trial Instructional Flight
Enjoy the thrill of flying a helicopter at low level over Moreton Bay and Bribie Island with a highly trained instructor. Fly on the controls as you cruise over the Pumicestone Passage & Bribie Island beach.

Aeroplane Trial Instructional Flight
Get a real experience of flying as you take on some of the initial training of aeroplane flying. Most of the time in the air, you’ll be on the controls under the supervision of one of our highly trained instructors.
